Dale Sackrider
Dale has been my leader, my coworker, and my friend in the almost 10 years that I have known him. We car pooled and sat right next to one another for years and during our walks around the parking lot at work we solved all of the worlds problems. He has helped me hone my critical thinking processes.
He has always helped me to look at things from a pastoral point of view, as that is his gift which has helped me to handle situations much better than I probably would have without his input.
Though our conversations I have come to a greater understanding of tradition and my own thoughts. (I have always believed a thought is best understood in the company of another) Our relationship has helped to shape me in many, innumerable ways.

Bible Pals: Plush Jesus – - LifeWay Christian Stores
Over the weekend I was bowling with my wife, working on my hook, and I told her that recently I have been learning more and more that I had some traces of arrogance in my when it comes to my salvation. I wasn’t quite able to articulate it to her like I wanted to so I changed the subject and thought about it some more. The following are the conclusions I came to.

Scott Harvey
Probably the only reason I made it through Bible College, Scott has been a great friend from the time we met in the hell called the dorms. We have had our troubles, which is one of the reasons I value this relationship I have learned the value of holding onto a good friend when you have found one, although a lot of friends come and go we refused to allow that to happen.
Scott is also the guy I invited to my first time preaching at Wildlife, because as much as I needed the “good jobs” that came from everyone else I needed someone to help me improve, and after the “Good Job” Scott did that. He told me where I was going wrong, he cares more about me than my approval which is a great quality to have in a friend.

This article is well done but a little long, this is something that is a passion of mine, I believe I was probably one of those problem boys, and I may continue to be now. If it wasn’t for Ron Sprecher (my track coach) and my love of running I probably would have dropped out. It wasn’t that school was to tough, it was just boring, and in many cases pointless. I got a D in geometry one semester because I didn’t do homework although I aced the tests, I just thought that was silly. I obviously knew what I was doing, but I had practice until 6 and then worked 7-11. I didn’t have time to waste.
Any way if you have boys in your life you should read this article.
